Needing a block setup for text input. that will take a dollar amount and * by .65 and display that on screen.

I am not a coder at all and wanting to make life easier in my Job when i grab Loads off loadboard. i want to see my pay vs lease companies pay. I hope someone will be kind enough to help me with this pls.
