Are you going to put it on Google Play?
It’s only $25, then you can publish as many as you want.
Sure why not! The cost is no matter.
But i don’t feel too much ready with this application. Is just a simple game…
I dont have something competitive to show up in a real and decent market as Google Play store is. Only this community can appreciate my “experiments” 
As long as it’s functional, it will be able to go on Google Play.
There are some really dumb apps that made it Google Play, so I think pretty much anything you make will pass.

Google Playstore apps aren’t passed by UI, if you meet their conditions of the app, and doesn’t infringe their guidelines. Then your app will be passed
