Mcq quiz app score if condition

So I need to submit my project 20th March 2022 and so my app is about road safety and the things is that I have added a mcq quiz in which, I want a feature where if the user selects correct option his score get +1 but when wrong answer the his score is decreased by 1 and finally at the end of the quiz, based on the users score, his final results will come at if he scored above 0 but less than 3 then his road safety awareness is very bad and if its more than 3 less than 7 then it’s ok ok but if it’s more than 7 and less than 11 then it’s excellent. PLEASE HELP ASAP. I am leaving my proj link down below.
