No, I mean multi-language apps (apps that can be used in both domestic tw and foreign countries)

Ok, maybe try using the translation technique they used in the video, just modify it to translate the text on the screen:
If click button Spanish, Label 1 = translateSpanish (a function with input of Label 1)

what you need to do is you have to translate every component’s text using yandex translator
