after coming back from sub-page the main page is getting slower, what could be relevant to this.

Yes, you are correct. The app will keep opening new screens and the memory will get full every time you jump from one screen to another.
So how do we can refresh the memory each time we open the app after we build it.

When you place your screen inside a navigator, the memory issue will be better.
