Looking to obtain bluetooth Device ID from the device scanning for bluetooth devices

I wish to obtain the device id that is scanning for bluetooth devices. Currently I can get the device ids of surrounding devices, although I want to id of the device that is doing the scanning.

Thanks for reaching out. That’s an interesting question - I don’t think there’s a way to do this within the app.

You can find the device ID in your phone settings, if that’s any help?

Can you please tell us a little more about your intended use case for the BLE app?

I think the implementation of Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) in Thunkable needs additional features. I opened an issue on github, feel free to add comments:

We have a couple of things that we’re working really hard on at the moment - as soon as they’re released then we’ll start tackling this list in earnest again!
