Live test on device and Web Preview shows differently, is there a way to fix this problem? Which one would be showing the actual screen?
I have tried turning Raised on/off, refreshing Thunkable, and reconnecting to the phone.

This is entirely dependent of your target audience. If you are designing for web then align your components for web viewers. In the other hand, if you are targeting mobile users then design your app to run the best in the Live app.
