Live App and APK Critical Error Occured!

I have an app created however when I try use the thunkable live app it keeps hitting a critical error occured messaged. I then tried to download the APK of the app, installed it fine then when it launches it hits a critical error occured message. I thought maybe it was my project so i started a blank white project and tried to connect using the live app and again it hits a critical error message. I have uninstalled and re-installed the app multiple times and cannot get past this. Any ideas?

Hi @infosh2srr,
Thank you for sharing you project URL.
I did some tests with a copy of your project and I found that the issue is caused by the “Rich_Text1” component.

Could you please delete it?

Hi, thank you very much, I have deleted the rich text 1 component and I can use the thunkable app again for live testing fine it seems. Was it perhaps the copyright symbol or why would the text component cause an issue for future use of it.

I am glad that it is working for you now.
You can set any text you wish. The issue was that the font size was empty.
If you select the text and set a font size it will stop crashing.

Ah ok awesome thank you. Is it ok to ask another question? I tried to download android APK about 2hrs ago and yesterday and tried multiple email addresses of mine and havent received the link. I received one yesterday and then after i’m not getting any email links.

I checked my one email just never receives it for some reason, checked inbox and spam but my other email address is receiving it so will just keep using that one. Thank you.
