Ok making that change did 3 things.

It no longer adds to the score on wrong answers.

Now it adds the score 4x… so instead of increasing it by 4 points per correct answer it now adds 16.

Now it changes the color off ALL buttons to red or green based on the answer you choose and if it is correct or not.
