Is the Thunkable Publishing Server Down?

I’m trying to download an Android apk or aab file. I was notified that it would be about 20 minutes. It’s been about an hour and I have not received a link. This is unusual in my experience. Just wondering if there is a technical glitch on the Thunkable end. Not sure how to report this other than posting to the community.
