Are there any pre-built blocks to handle international phone number formats? Each user may be from a different country and his/her phone number needs to be stored in the user’s profile. Anything on this would be appreciated.

No such block exists. There may be a WebAPI for it. But if you come up with a solution, please share a screen shot of your blocks
