Image still does not work

This very simple app still does not work (not in live test nor with download).

I tested it with iphones and ipads with IOS 11, 10,9. Did not work. Shows the Button offers the Album dialog, lets me choose an image, but does not show it.

Some weeks ago there was no Problem.

Thank You. With live test the app works now.
But with download still white screen.
