I did not receive an email for downloading my project

I unfortunately did not receive an email for the download of an ios app. The pop up said it should take approx. 20 minutes. I appreciate any help, thanks in advance.

This happens to me sometimes. I usually wait but when it crosses the 1 day line, I usually just go back and press the ios app button again.

Steps I do:

Wait for 1 day
If no app in email, search in spam
If no email in spam or any other place,
I go to website and press the download button and wait until it shows up. For me this usually works.
Also downloading IOS apps is,I think, a pro feature
