How to suppress the "Describe" and "Suggest" pop ups during design

These pop ups are so irritating. As components count increases it virtually becomes impossible to use it. The pop ups keep hiding things we want to see. Also it is not logically designed. I already have a description but the pop up keep bugging. If there is a option to suppress them please let me know. Else kindly remove it or give a option to the user to suppress it. Thanks

If you click on AI on the left side, there is a switch for “Inline Assistant”. If you switch that off, the pop-up should disappear.
