How to display inputs in text input

Hi, I need support.

What I’m trying to do is every time the user clicks a button, it will display in the list.
So for example if the user clicks the “Flight Permit” button and “Fuel Uplift” button, list should display as below:

“Flight Permit”, “Fuel Uplift”

Use the in list block in the Lists drawer.

In list (your list name) insert at last (the text you want)
