How to combine two List Viewer text items?

Hi everyone,
I want to show one text item from the list viewer combining two texts or value.
If the delimiter is set to the nextline block. The next line can’t show in the list viewer.
Is it possible to show a text item that is splitting two texts into two different lines?
Like the pic below:

However, how can i make the first one (template) disappear because the first is always showing.
