How to change text based on time!

Hi,
I’m working on my Home Screen so I was wondering if I could write Good Morning (from 12:00am - 11:59), Good Afternoon (12:00pm - 5:00pm) and Good Evening (5:01pm - 11:59pm). So the text would change based on the hour the user opens the app. Is that possible?
