Good morning, I was searching the community when I joined someone’s project and realized that the layout is completely different from mine, how do I make mine the same as his?

If you deselect the Use the Drag and Drop Builder when you app creation screen, you will get the second layout.
However, I do not believe that you can change the layout once the app has been created.
