How to add date component

When i update the airtable (ex: change text, pictures, etc), how to add a date component (ex: i change the data in airtable on yesterday, the date component will written “yesterday”, if i change the data on last 2 days, the date component will written “2 days ago”). So it will follow the date like i change the airtable data on yesterday, the next day the date will change to “2 days ago”.
