How long can it take for Test Flight apps to process?

I’m having some issues with the Publish iOS.

-The symptoms as of this morning is my build crashes at a place where there were no issues. (I haven’t made any changes)
-I have a build stuck in Testflight progressing for over 2 hours.

Can someone confirm issues? With the build server?

Happen to me last week, took hours then finally published

I’ve had a build waiting in the testflight area for over 6 hours. No reason provided other than “Sometimes it can take longer than others”
