How do I use the new line character in email

When sending an email, the line break (newLine) does not work in the message body. This happens when using gmail.
If I use yahoo mail, some characters are confused

Perhaps you can try using \n to add a line break?

It only happens with Gmail. But the strange thing is that it worked perfectly a week ago.
