How do I update my app from old app ( now become read-only)

My app becomes read-only which I can not do anything to it, update features or even export to phone. Can anyone tell me ? Thank you.

I suppose that was a private app under a PRO account, and then your PRO account expired.

Go to the read-only project and select “Project Detail Page”. From there switch it to Public
