I accidentally registered a new account by accident and I already have another account which I use. I’ve tried at least ten times by emailing to account-deletion@thunkable.com, but only received an automated response from Thunkbot with no further information.
@matt_conroy might be able to help you with that. I wouldn’t worry too much, but if anyone can help it’s him

Hi @user-123456, reaching out to account-deletion@thunkable.com is the way to go here. Once you receive the automated email, the account for that address is deleted within 24 hours usually. We unfortunately do not have the time to reply individually to all of the messages that go to that email.

Thank you for a helpful response, however I’ve already reached out to that email with the subject “Delete Account”. It has been a few days and my account is still not deleted unfortunately.
