I have my application ready to download, but when I select DOWNLOAD ANDROID I get the following error:
Invalid AdMob Key!
You must enter a valid AdMob Key

Could you please check that you are using the correct app IDs in the AdMob section of your Project Settings?
Also please check that each AdMob component (banner, interstitial, and reward) have valid Ad Unit IDs.
The App IDs on project settings need to have this format: ca-app-pub-123456789123~8071331014
and the Ad Unit IDs need to have this format: ca-app-pub-123456789123/5169354241

Have you downloaded the apk?
Could you please check your App’s status on AdMob?
It needs to be “Ready” in order to see real ads.
