Hello all!
I am encountering some issues with Firebase authentication in my Thunkable project. Despite following the setup instructions and Thunkable tutorial videos, I’m still facing problems.
The reset password function returns “undefined.”
The signup function doesn’t seem to reach Firebase at all.
I’ve set up Firebase connections as recommended, so I’m unsure what’s going wrong.
Is there any paid support available through Thunkable, or could anyone here assist me with troubleshooting these issues?
ps: I had success about a week ago as I was starting out, then lost that connection as I was building further. I figured I would abandon that and restarted - haven’t had any luck. Need help before giving up.
I do see data I created in the firebase db, it is only the authentication that is not working.
