I am trying to create an app where users can select an activity from a list and add how long they used it. Please, can someone help me out? I am totally new to this.

Even though this video is a bit outdated and you’ll need to use a Simple List instead of a List Viewer (same component, now with a different name), it’s useful for getting started with a custom list: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EVKCEZSMQkc&ab_channel=MrsG33k.
And you’ll also want to learn about Data Sources and possibly Data List Viewers so that you can store user’s values and retrieve them.
