Google Assistant App actions

Hi!
We develop some application, and need some Android and IOS apps.
We have some specific architecture and idea, and have some questions about this app building platform.

  1. We need some user interface to fill some fields and forms with different types (text input, select, etc). (looks like this is 100% possible).
  2. We need integration with third party REST APIs with authorization, with storing auth token or something similar.
  3. We need integration with Google Assistant using their App Actions technology (need to edit shortcuts.xml), maybe something similar on IOS. Assistant must understand something like this:
    Hey google make some action in “Our super APP”.
  4. We need integration with Dialogflow (looks like this is 100% possible).
    Could somebody answer, please which of this requirements can be resolved with your APP builder service, and which is not supported?
