i’ve done. no reply. i contact the team via facebook and email…no reply.
Seems that the team ignore the premium users…SHAME
That hasn’t been my experience as a Pro user. I don’t know what the stated response time is for Thunkable Staff but they usually get back to me in a day or so.
My app is still waiting on queue (1 day) i’m still waiting for a reply (5 hours). No that’s not normal i have to work damn. Expedited buid app for pro? Support for pro users?
