My application includes a email sending feature however it just shows up with a blank screen every time. Is it Thunkable itself or my laptop?

Is this from a published web app or live testing? Also, are you using Windows or Mac?

This is from a non-published public project that I was web previewing using a MacBook. If you need this, I was using Google Chrome as my browser.
Are you using the email block or something else?
Normally the email block will open the default email system on your device. For Macbook it should open the up the email app (or at least that’s what mine does).
im using the email block in the share section.
i use outlook as my everyday mail app. however my macbook opens up a website. i dont know why. maybe i havent set my default mail app?

see if the email feature works for you. go on the Add Destination Screen and preview it.
Additionally, I live tested it on my phone via the Thunkable application and it worked. Don’t know why it doesn’t work via MacBook
Works fine on my Mac. Might be a Mac setting.
