Duplicated app tries to connect to earlier erased database

Hello Thunkers, I encountered this strange effect:

  • I connected my app to a different base in Airtable and changed all the relevant blocks;
  • Everything worked fine and I duplicated the app to make other changes. One of them: adding another Airtable base to the app, together with the existing one. All Queries worked as they should, no errors, all good
  • But when I try to duplicate this last, 100% functioning version of the app, all blocks that I previously reconnected to the newer database try to connect to the old, not existing one. Resulting in hundreds of errors and all blocks in the “do” from queries disappeared.

Any idea how I can fix this is much appreciated.

Well: I reverted to the base with the relevant blocks changed, duplicated it again and made exactly the same changes (first two points above). All worked fine, just like the first time, 100%.

And now when I duplicate this version, NO errors at all.

So a lesson learned: don’t wait for days to make a duplicate, but do it on a daily basis at least - so quirky problems like this one don’t have too big an impact.
