Here is a newer version of „drawing with fingers“. You can save drawings in lists and can print the canvas via share function.

I want to take a photo with the camera, then use the photo as the background, and then use hand-painted methods to make annotations, and finally save the entire screen in the mobile phone SD card.

You won’t be able to do this directly on iOS, because Apple doesn’t allow you to work directly with the iOS file system.
