Create button disabled even with Public setting

Title: Can’t create blank project – Create button disabled even with Public setting

Body: Hi, I’m trying to create a blank project using the “Create Blank Project” screen. I set the privacy to “Public” and filled in all required fields, but the “Create” button is still disabled. I’m on the free plan and not using AI generation. Is this a known issue or is there a workaround?

This is happening probably because you have reached your Projects limit. If you want to create more projects, you will need to upgrade your plan.
