Hi, I’m a Compuer Science teacher in an online high school. I have 2 blank projects and it keeps saying that I have reached my limit when I try and create a 3rd blank project. I previously had a couple of apps for testing purposes but I deleted them as they were no longer required. My understanding is that we are limited to 3 public projects in the free plan, so why can’t I create a 3rd project? If it’s happening to me then I’m guessing my students will have issues as well. Are the deleted projects still tagged to my account and how can I resolve this?

I just tried creating a new 3rd project and it works just fine on my end. Your free plan is still available to 3 projects max, so it may be a glitch. Since you mentioned it’s an online high school, please try doing it on a personal Thunkable account, preferably in an incognito window.

If the problem persists, email Thunkable support for help. Otherwise, you can try the education plan. You will have to fill out a request, and they will likely give a discount on the prices shown below. The education plan price is not publicly disclosed until you fill out that request.
