Could you do it several more times and see if this occurs again?
It could be just a one-off.

hi, yes I have done it many times now and it has never happened again after that first time…so, must have been some cache-thing maybe??

You are saving the list to your local DB so if something happened and the local DB rows were not correctly deleted, then you will see the old rows are combined with the new entries.
