Hi, I am new to this world!
I have a problem because I would like to create a form, as it were, that is filled out on one screen and when it is saved it shows up on the earlier screen in the form of text and image and on it disappears “add form”.

You can save the form inputs in a spreadsheet row using a Create Row block and then display that data using Get Value blocks on another screen. Look up Data Sources to learn more.
