Canvas not loading without Internet connection

Please Help, I need to load canvas in offline mode for a project.

But Canvas needs an internet connection to load. Why does it need an Internet connection? This is very frustrating. It does not load even after downloading. Tried on both IOS and Android.

I need to display an image and zoom in/ zoom out in Offline mode.

The canvas does not load when I turn off the Internet connection. But when I am online it works perfectly. I need canvas for an offline application. is there a workaround for this?.
