Currently, there are blocks for Airtable spreadsheet and to some extend google sheets. Google sheets on google drive, same function as OneDrive I guess. Recently I discovered Airtable can sync with google drive on the airtable end, so cloud spreadsheet with airtable becomes quite powerful.
Yes, you can use WebAPI block any API put there with cURLs. If Onedrive provides cURLs (REST APIs), then you can use it.
