Can i create ios app with thunkable & published to apple store without buying paid subscription? & thabkable have pull to refresh component? I am new in thunkable

Yes you can. This is what Thunkable is for.

What do you mean by this?
You have to be a PRO member in Thunkable to publish apps to App Store and Play Store. you also need to pay whatever charges required by the stores.

I was asking about that. For upload i have to buy pro account. If i want to just build ios app then also need pro account??

You will need to be PRO to be able to publish iOS and Android apps and also publish as Web app.

You do not need to be PRO to build and download APK.
