Is there a way to adjust the height or move a bottom tab navigation up on the screen? On the iPhone 13 Max the bottom tab navigation is so far at the bottom that it interferes with iPhone features.

I was trying to give my bottom nav bar more margin from the bottom of my phone screen.
When I tested through the thunkabke app it looked fine because there are thunkable functions under the live view.
When I published to iOS and tested through test flight it was way to low on the screen and almost not clickable.
I clicked “ignore notch” and it gave me more space between my nav bar and the bottom of my screen.
