Hey, we’re using Thunkable with a group of students and a couple of them are seeing a blank view when going into the “Blocks” view – none of the normal parts are visible, not the left sidebar of components, no code and the zoom/pan controls that are usually on the right side. The students are mostly new users, using pretty current Safari or Chrome browsers.
I don’t see any controls to show/hide parts of the UI, so I assume this is a bug. Is this a known issue? Any tricks to get that section to reload?
I have just replied to this because people and Thunkable needs to know that this is still a problem.
When this Happens i normally have to wait a day i dont know why but it will just resolve itself after 1 day or 2.
What have you tried to fix this? Because there are many topics about this issue and many suggestions have been given such as hard-refreshing the browser tab, clearing the browser cache, etc.
