I am having trouble resizing my background images. Anytime I choose a background without the exact proportions of the screen, it will either stretch out and only show a small portion of the photo or repeat the picture.

Hi there. Sorry about that. I believe that your only options for Background Images is to size them to as close the screen dimensions as possible or try to use the Image component if possible.

The dimensions and proportions will vary from device to device, but if you try setting the backgroundImageResizeMode to “cover” your should see pretty good results.
