Hi! I’m doing a project where if I have a switch on in my app, it will send a text message to whoever calls me saying that I can’t talk right now. Can Thunkable recognize when someone is calling me? If not I can’t do my project.
No, this is not possible with Thunkable.
Even if there was a way to detect an incoming call, Thunkable can’t auto-send text messages. It can compose them but you have to manually press send.

I think this might be possible with MIT App Inventor, but i’m not sure
