App Unavailable Error

Hello! I have this app that frequently reading thingspeak api to get data, analyse it and repeat the process again. Everything works fine but sometime it pops up the app unavailable error. It usually occur when the phone is left untouched for sometime or when the screen hibernates. I also discovered that it only happens when using “"Distribution Downloads and Publishes” but never happened when simulating with thunkable app nor when using testing download.

Please will be grateful if someone can help me figure out what might be the issue.

Could you please check if your app is active?

To view your current active published app:

1. Click your account avatar in the upper right.
2. Select Published Apps.
