If you already installed the app then this message comes up when you try to install a wrong update.
Do you have the app already installed?
I suggest you update the title of your post to something more descriptive.
Delete the previous version of the app installed on your device, and try again.

Anyways have you tried deleting the previous version and re-installing the latest version?
This ussualy works for me.
This may be more of an issue with the phone rather than Thunkable.
