That’s a great question! The answer is “No”.

We will never change the privacy of your projects, that’s something that only you can do.

Private projects on an account that downgrades to the Free tier will enter a “read-only” mode. At which point you have the option to renew your subscription or you yourself can manually change it to a public project and continue editing.
