What is the best way to create an admin login so that they have rights to modify they app? I want to have just an user login and an admin login that gives them options to edit the app.

Try this…
Create a database (google sheet or airtable) with login details like username and password Create two screens called admin and normal user
Then follow the screenshot below

the researcher privilege db is just the normal user in your own case while admin db is for admins
