Have you tried publishing updates on Google Play Store?
i got that message on the 27th of this month and i have an app update in review 2 days now and one i updated yesterday was very fast but the other there 2 days now

Our engineers are working on a solution for Google Play’s 16 KB page size requirement and have asked if you could share in a private message your Project URL affected by this issue.
You could copy it from the top of your browser.
By sharing the URL to your project, the Thunkable Support Team may create a temporary private local copy to better identify or troubleshoot your issue. Your information will remain secure during this process, and the copy of your project will be deleted once the support request is resolved.
