Doctors recommend 30 minutes of exercise every day. Well personally i know that aint gonna happen but you could split it up.
I present to you my beta version of 10 secound exercise
Here is how it works:
- You open the app
- You push the “Move to background” button
- you wait until you get a notification
- When you get a notification you click it and the app will tell you what to do
- after 10 secounds the app will close and you can go back to your lazy life
Keep in mind that this is just a beta and i have no plans of publishing it. My idea was to upload it here and if someone liked the idea, they could have it and finish it
