Is there a posibility to scan for available wifi networks in Thunkable X?
I’m developing an IoT app and would need such a function for provisioning new devices. Somethink like the scan function from BLE componnent.
Hey @Pop_Gheorghe,
not at the moment - is there any way to use static IPs as a work around? Can you tell us a little more about the use case you’re developing for here?
Thanks!
Hi,
I think that the best use cases where you need WiFi scan as a function are IoT apps. Here your device needs to be provisioned(new device to be added to your network). This will help because the final user won’t need to write network name by keyboard and will be able to select from list the desired network name.
