Where can i find the [[ create object with fields ]] component?

in this sample they show a create object with fields block…
from where can i get that block?
in my designer, under the objects section there is only a create object block…there is no create object with fields block

ok, i found the answer we have to click the gear(settings icon) in the create object block, and then we need to add field name there, and then the create object block changes to create object with fields block…
